Lean Game

A one-day event inspiring participants to change, optimize, improve processes and communication in the company.

What is Lean Game?

Compass Lean Game is a one-day workshop for any number of employees in the form of a job simulation in a fictitious company (employees, services, processes, communication methods...) that handles orders.

Participants’ task is to illustrate the definition of real company problems using very simple examples. The game teaches how important it is to "look at the organization" through all the processes taking place in it and break the silo mentality.
