She developed her professional career working in an international corporation from the real estate industry, specializing in real estate management, also for State Treasury companies. The desire to improve her competencies and the need for constant professional development inspired her to take responsibility for the implementation of a new work culture in an international company with LEAN traditions.
Today, she has completed over 30 transformational, analytical, training and mentoring projects. As a Lean specialist, and in particular by creating the Compass & Partners team, she implemented lean organizational culture in companies such as: WAM, Sinevia, ZZN – Grupa City Service, Allianz, DB Schenker, Walk, Paula, Crispy Natural, Tabor Dębica, mBank, mFaktoring, mLeasing, BNP Paribas, Pekao S.A., LUX MED.
Conducting a 3-year process transformation of the end-to-end sales stream (network) in the trade finance industry (Leasing) succeeding in a 50% reduction in transaction processing time and increasing the team’s volume capacity by 30%.
