A lawyer with passion and competence to conduct complex process transformations. She built her career portfolio starting with the classic approach to Lean Management in the logistics and production industries, and then specialized in change management, process transformations and mentoring programs for leading brands in the financial industry.

She developed her professional career working in an international corporation from the real estate industry, specializing in real estate management, also for State Treasury companies. The desire to improve her competencies and the need for constant professional development inspired her to take responsibility for the implementation of a new work culture in an international company with LEAN traditions.

Today, she has completed over 30 transformational, analytical, training and mentoring projects. As a Lean specialist, and in particular by creating the Compass & Partners team, she implemented lean organizational culture in companies such as: WAM, Sinevia, ZZN – Grupa City Service, Allianz, DB Schenker, Walk, Paula, Crispy Natural, Tabor Dębica, mBank, mFaktoring, mLeasing, BNP Paribas, Pekao S.A., LUX MED.


Conducting a 3-year process transformation of the end-to-end sales stream (network) in the trade finance industry (Leasing) succeeding in a 50% reduction in transaction processing time and increasing the team’s volume capacity by 30%.

Reducing the sales process time in the trade finance industry (factoring) by 30% and decreasing process error rate by 50%.
Preparing over 200 Line Leaders of the bank to conduct independent improvement activities (bottom-up optimization initiatives) in the certified Lean Leader mentoring program.
Over 100 mentoring workshops, co-conducting gamification training/workshops, 1×1 mentoring work with Leaders.
Coordination of a team of 500+ quality auditors assessing throughput and quality of services in a non-medical process for a leading brand of non-public health care services.
Support for Compass Vertical Sprint Strategy teams in the process of optimizing operational teams in the financial industry, resulting in over PLN 12 million in savings per year. A combination of purely process projects with cultural ones.
